Nantong Hanwei Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. The company integrates design, manufacturing, sales and installation, and is a modern enterprise engaged in the production of fertilizer machinery complete sets.

Hanwei covers an area of approximately 40,000 square meters and is equipped with 80 sets of various production facilities. It also has an advanced CAD/CAM design and manufacturing center, which can implement program-controlled management for precision processing.

The factory is equipped with 80 sets of large-scale production equipment, including ø 4.5m × 20m floor-mounted lathes, 5-meter vertical lathes, Y31800 gear hobbing machines, 60mm plate rolling machines, and 5m × 8m automatic arc welding machines with lifting function, etc.

The enterprise has obtained the ISO9001:2008 quality standard certification and possesses a complete set of inspection methods such as X-ray flaw detection, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, and material chemical analysis, ensuring that every detail of the equipment from 0 to 1 complies with international industrial standards.

From single machines to “turnkey” projects, we provide customized complete production line solutions for global customers with annual production capacity ranging from 1 to 300,000 tons:

Fertilizer production line: Includes NPK compound fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, superphosphate (SSP), BB fertilizer and water-soluble fertilizer production lines.

Core equipment: High-efficiency drum granulator, drying/cooling machine with patented energy-saving transfer plate technology, rotary coating machine, as well as various precision crushing and screening equipment.

Hanwei Machinery has a complete domestic and international after-sales service system. The equipment has been successfully exported to Canada, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and other countries, and has won wide acclaim in the international market.

Our installation team will be on-site during the equipment installation to provide guidance and offer free operation training. Customers can send their employees to our company for training or arrange for technicians to visit the fertilizer factory. During the equipment operation period, if any problems occur, we can provide remote guidance. The technicians will respond and assist in solving the problems within 12h to 24h.
